It was a magical long weeeknd The service everywhere at the hotel was impeccable Great attention to details. I particularly loved the monogrammed towels and pillow cases. It was my birthday and I was greeted with a cake and a bottle of champagne and the room decorated with balloons. Wonderful touch
The hotel location is good and the palace is nice but unfortunately everythg else is horrible .you don’t feel neither the luxury nor the proffessional side . Super careless staff .its as if the management are absent
It was one of the most beautiful, elegant hotels we have been to around the world ( last year alone we have been to several 5-star hotels in Japan, Hong Kong, France, Switzerland, and the UK). Beautifully renovated, luxurious without being stuffy, grand but intimate. The service was impeccable and the location very convenient to great dining, shopping, and visiting museums and art galleries. We will be going back again—and again! Thank you, Mark!
